Introducing the WOCAN leadership academy

A 6 month powerful program kicking off on JANUARY 6, 2025

 
 

Join your fellow WOCAN members in a journey of self discovery & learning that will elevate your game as a leader! Whether you are a seasoned leader or an aspiring one, the WOCAN Leadership program powered by Solera will teach you the strategies and tactics to build your leadership muscle and grow your career. Over 800+ leaders from Solera have gone through this Leadership academy and we are excited to partner with the team from Solera to offer it to our WOCAN members.

The program kicks off with each participant going through a Myers Briggs personality assessment, followed by a series of 6 virtual workshops delivered monthly, which will cover the following topics:

  • Psychology of Change

  • Insights Discovery

  • Intellectual Honesty

  • Trust Model

  • Servant Leadership

  • Situational Leadership

  • The Power of Alignment

  • Ruthless Prioritization

  • Johari Window

  • Flip the Pyramid

Informational Meeting: November 5, 2025 at 4 PM PST/ 7 PM EST

Workshop Dates: 6 Monthly workshops (1 hr in length) on the first week of every month kicking off on January 6, 2025

Workshop Times: 4-5:30pm Pacific/7-8:30pm Eastern

Audience: WOCAN Members only - all leadership levels will be considered

Location: Virtual Event (Zoom links provided upon acceptance to the program)
